Mgr. Petr Kůta
Petr graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, and studied at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. He was first employed with the Office of the Czech Government as Senior Councillor for Diplomatic Protocol, and has practised law for 16 years. Petr has been a Partner in the law office of KMVS since 1 January 2006. He publishes in Marketing & Media, Trend Marketing, Strategie, M marketing, Právní praxe, mediar.cz, etc. He also delivers lectures and teaches at the University of Economics in Prague, Ogilvy Institute and Tomas Bata University in Zlín, and has cooperated with ČT24’s program “Média a svět”. JUDr. Pavel Musil Ph.D.
Pavel Musil is one of the founding partners of the law office of KMVS. Pavel graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, and completed his post-graduate studies with a public law major. Pavel is an experienced lawyer with 16 years of practice. Since 1 January 2006, he has been a Partner of the law office of KMVS.
Pavel specialises, in particular, in the area of labour law and commercial law, with a focus on corporate law and the law of contracts. He has experience in the area of real estate law, where he provides attorney custodial services in cooperation with real estate agents.
Pavel publishes in Právo a zaměstnání, Zdravotnické noviny, Pharm Business, and Marketing & Media, and has cooperated with Czech Television – ČT24 (Focus). He is also involved in certain non-profit projects, such as Plenky v práci and Lymfom Help o.s. He provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Libor Štajer
Libor Štajer is one of the four founding partners of the law office of KMVS. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he gained valuable professional experience as an account manager with the advertising agency AETNA, spol. s r.o., as well as during his working internship in the U.S. At the beginning of his legal career with the law office of AK Winter & spol., Libor primarily dealt with issues from the field of advertising, media, and copyright law. He has over ten years of legal experience, and has been a Partner with KMVS since 1 January 2006.
Libor specialises in pharmaceutical law (from drug registration, to the launching of drugs in the market, pricing and reimbursement, advertising regulation, etc.), commercial law (with an emphasis on corporate law), the law of obligation, and labour law. In his practice, he also deals with issues concerning copyright and advertising law, and works with a number of advertising agencies.
Libor has published in and worked with Zdravotnické noviny, Pharm Business, Marketing & Media, etc. He provides legal services also in English.

JUDr. Ivan David
Senior Associate
Ivan David has been a senior associate with the law office of KMVS since 2011. Ivan graduated from the Law and Legal Science program at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and from the Film Studies program at the Faculty of Arts of the same university. In the 2008/2009 academic year, Ivan did a 1-year program at the Law Faculty of Copenhagen University. In the long term, Ivan specializes in the areas of intellectual property law (particularly copyright and trademark law), media law, unfair competition law, advertising law, film law and the protection of personality rights.
Ivan is the author of the professional publication “Film Law: A Copyright Perspective” (2015, second edition 2020), and the author or co-author of a number of research reports, articles and commentaries, especially on topics in the field of copyright.
Ivan provides legal services also in English.
JUDr. Kateřina Davidová
Senior Associate
Kateřina graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. She was first employed in notary´s office and subsequently has practised law in advocacy. Kateřina has been an advocate in the law office of KMVS since 1 January 2009. She occasionally publishes in pharmaceutical periodicals and lectures. She provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Petra Maryšková
Senior Associate
Petra Maryšková has been a cooperating attorney with KMVS since June 2008, when she graduated from the Law Faculty of Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she worked in the law offices of JUDr. Markéta Vaňková, JUDr. Pavel Blažek, Ph.D. in Brno. Petra conducts her legal practice in the sector of civil, commercial, and labour law, and also specializes in the law of consumer contests and insolvency proceedings. Petra is also highly experienced in representing clients in court proceedings, such as in commercial litigation.
Petra also publishes in the professional press (for example, Zdravotnické noviny, Urozpravodaj). She provides legal services also in English
Mgr. Lucie Macáková
Senior Associate
Lucie graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, with a major in Public Administration and Law. She is a senior associate who has been cooperating with KMVS since 2007. Lucie specialized in pharmaceutical law for her whole career and has significant experience in this field. She has expertise in advertising regulation, distribution, pricing regulation, and reimbursement of medicinal products. She has also specialized in food law, focus food supplements and special foods. Lucie assists our clients by representing them in administrative proceedings before state authorities. Lucie publishes in professional journals and gives lectures. She provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Věra Strejčková
Senior Associate
Věra Strejčková is a senior associate with more than 10 years of experience in commercial, corporate and labour law. Věra provides services in commercial law (particularly with respect to the pharmaceutical industry), intellectual property law and real estate law (particularly leases of both retail and office premises). She provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Sylva Zborovská
Spolupracující advokátka
Sylva is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she enrolled in an internship at the University of Turku in Finland, where she pursued research into European law and international law. Sylva’s interests lie in commercial law, intellectual property law, and labour law. Sylva’s practice also comprises personal data protection and advertising law. She provides legal services also in English
JUDr. Antonín Valuš Ph.D.
Senior Associate
Antonín graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, and completed his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He began his professional career in the public sector, as a lawyer at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and as a coordinator of legal activities at the State Institute for Drug Control. He has been practicing law in advocacy since 2015 and at the KMVS law firm he specializes in pharmaceutical and health law, focusing on the issue of advertising regulation and regulatory compliance in the area of medicinal products and medical devices (including borderline products) and public procurements. He also regularly publishes and lectures on this issue. He provides legal services also in English and Spanish.
Mgr. Jan Tetiva
Senior Associate
Jan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He joined KMVS in 2012 while still a university student, then became a trainee lawyer with the firm, and since the beginning of 2018 works for the firm as a senior associate. Jan’s interests are labour law and criminal law, as well as dispute resolution in civil and commercial law. He also advises clients on matters to do with consumer contests. He provides legal services also in English.
JUDr. Lenka Vlková
Senior Associate
Lenka graduated from the Law Faculty of Palacký University in Olomouc. She studied at the University of Wolverhampton within the ERASMUS programme. She gained general practice experience at leading Czech law offices after graduation. She also worked as a lawyer at the Department of Pharmacy at the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, where she first gained expertise in the field of the pricing and reimbursement of medicinal products and general pharmacy. Lenka has specialized in the area of pharmaceutical law and medical law, as well as administrative law in general since 2013. She has worked at the law office of KMVS since September 2015, and as a Senior Associate since July 2017. She has more than 6 years of legal experience in advocacy. She provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Petra Kytýrová
Senior Associate
Petra is a graduate from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in Brno. She began her career in the corporate sector, working for seven years in film distribution. Since 2011, she is a practicing attorney; she joined KMVS in 2015. Her core competencies are personal data protection, intellectual property law, and consumer law. She is also interested in the law of contracts and marketing. Petra is an active member of the Association for the Protection of Personal Data, and regularly publishes in the professional press, communicating information from the field of data protection law and information society services. Petra provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Martin Cach
Junior Associate
Martin has already started to be deeply interested in law of information technologies during his legal studies and latterly enhanced in this field as a company lawyer after he graduated at The Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. His domain is the legal regulation in electronic communication industry he was engaged in a few years, personal data protection, information society services and cybersecurity.
Martin has been cooperating with the KMVS since April 2017. Martin is a member of the board of Personal data protection Association. He provides legal services also in English.
Mgr. Markéta Hrycejová
Junior Associate
Markéta Hrycejová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She joined the law firm of KMVS during her studies in 2017, and since 2019 has been working as a trainee lawyer. In addition to a general focus on civil, commercial and labour law, Markéta also specializes in pharmaceutical and medical law. Markéta provides legal services also in English.
Tobiáš Bolek
Junior Lawyer
Tobiáš is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During his legal studies, he also briefly pursued film studies at the Faculty of Arts of the same university. He joined the KMVS law firm as a student in 2020 and has been working as a Junior associate since 2023. Tobiáš specializes in copyright law, trademark law, entertainment law, unfair competition law, and general personality rights protection. He also provides legal services in English.
Zuzana Zamišková
Office manager
Zuzana is a graduate of a Gymnasium in Spišská Nová Ves, Slovakia. The beginnings of her career led her to London, where she gained valuable work experience and gradually built a strong background in the hospitality and retail industry. Later on, Zuzana expanded her professional journey with both work and study experiences at the University of Amsterdam. During this time, she acquired valuable skills and knowledge that shape her current position. Zuzana has gained expertise in the field of marketing and media communication. Currently, she is shaping her path to professional growth in Prague, where she has been holding the position of Office Manager in the KMVS team since October 2023.
Pavla Pospíšilová

Pavla is a graduate of the Central School building in Prague. In the past, she worked in media and PR sector in assistant positions.
